Welcome and thanks for visiting! For years I’ve struggled with an eating disorder, feeling isolated and alone, like no one understood the constant battle I was fighting. I created this blog for that exact reason, to support the many who feel that they are alone in this, who are afraid to share their struggles with disordered eating, to offer my insight, and share my own personal journey with this debilitating illness.
This blog is for anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder or is currently struggling, as well as anyone who has an unhealthy relationship with food and/or their bodies. We will cover topics such as body image issues, myths about food and weight loss, weight stigma, diet culture and how it affects your mental health, body acceptance, as well as general mental health and wellness. This is a safe space to discuss and support each other. I hope that by sharing my experiences, you’ll want to share yours too!
